Pittsburgh Penguins and the Sonics

So it said on SportsCenter this morning that Kansas City was a possible destination for the Pittsburgh Penguins. This is obviously just a threat, but it got me thinking, why can't the city of Seattle be a destination? We just voted down a new arena in Seattle, but with a team like the Penguins, and the best player in hockey, Crosby, along with two other talented youngsters, Malkin and Fleury, Seattle should be happy to get this team. I never understood why Seattle didn't have hockey, and building an arena for not one team, but two teams, makes a lot of sense. I know we already have the Thunderbirds, but I can't even name what league they're in (IHL maybe?). This is the chance Seattle has been waiting for, and a chance it needs to take if it wants to turn around its sports woes. We can't let the only pro team to win a championship in Seattle (Storm excluded) to leave, and adding thsi amazing hockey player is a once in a lifetime shot.
